ONE PROGRAM, TWO PHASES

Lead Yourself. Then Lead Your Team.

Kintsugi Leadership™ is built in two connected phases. You start by understanding and applying your own leadership strengths. When you're ready, Phase Two extends that same lens to the team you lead, so what you've learned about yourself becomes visible in how you lead others.

Phase One · Essential

Lead Yourself

10 personalised one-to-one sessions to understand your leadership strengths and apply them with intention to the situations you're facing now.

Phase Two · Plus

See Your Team

Add the Satori Team Diagnostic™ to see how your leadership interacts with the strengths and behavioural patterns of the team you lead.

In Kintsugi, the repaired seams aren't hidden, they become the most valuable part of the piece.

Your leadership works the same way.

YOUR LEADERSHIP PATTERNS

Your Strengths Are Already Showing Up in How You Lead

The way you communicate, make decisions, delegate, and influence others is shaped by patterns that can become so natural you barely notice them. Understanding those patterns helps you see where your strengths are serving your leadership, where overuse may be getting in the way, and where assumptions or unconscious bias may be influencing what you see.

Communication

See how your strengths shape what you say, what you listen for and how others may experience your communication.

Decision-Making

Understand what naturally drives your decisions, where you move quickly, and where bias may narrow what you see.

Delegation & Ownership

Recognise where you naturally hold on, step in, or step back, and how those patterns affect ownership in others.

Influence & Impact

Understand how you naturally create direction, gain commitment, and influence the people around you.

When you can see your leadership patterns, you can use your instincts with greater awareness and recognise where unconscious bias may be influencing your decisions.

BEFORE YOU START

Questions About Kintsugi Leadership™

Kintsugi Leadership™ is a two-phase, strengths-based leadership program. Phase One is a 10-session, one-to-one experience that helps you understand how your strengths shape the way you lead, and apply that insight to your current leadership situations, relationships, decisions, and challenges. Phase Two adds the Satori Team Diagnostic™, extending that same lens to the team you lead.

Leadership starts with self-leadership. Phase One helps you understand and apply your own strengths before you try to lead others through them. Once that foundation is in place, Phase Two makes sense, seeing how your leadership interacts with the strengths and patterns of the team you're responsible for.

You can complete Phase One on its own, or move directly into Phase Two as part of Plus.

It is designed for leaders who want to become more intentional about how they communicate, make decisions, delegate, influence, and create ownership through others.

It can support established leaders, emerging leaders, and leaders whose role, team, or responsibilities are changing.

Essential is Phase One: 10 personalised one-to-one leadership coaching sessions focused on you as the leader.

Plus includes everything in Essential and adds Phase Two, the Satori Team Diagnostic™, giving you visibility into the strengths and behavioural patterns across the team you lead and how your leadership interacts with them.

No. The CliftonStrengths® Full 34 assessment is included in Phase One (Essential) if you have not already completed it.

If you already have your Full 34 results, they can be used as part of your program.

The program has a clear developmental progression, but your coaching is shaped around your role and what is happening in your leadership now.

Real situations, decisions, relationships, and challenges become part of the work, so you can apply what you are learning directly to your leadership.

Your coaching may explore how your strengths influence communication, decision-making, delegation, ownership, influence, leadership capacity, energy, and the way you develop others.

The focus is on the areas most relevant to your role and current leadership priorities.

No. CliftonStrengths® provides useful data and language, but strengths awareness is only the starting point.

The focus of Kintsugi Leadership™ is applying what you learn to your leadership behaviour and noticing what happens when you make different choices in your work.

Yes. Part of the work is recognising when natural strengths and leadership patterns are serving you, and when overuse may be narrowing your perspective, creating dependency, or reducing your leadership impact. This is the "mending" at the centre of Kintsugi Leadership™, not hiding the cracks, but understanding them well enough to lead through them.

You will be encouraged to apply what emerges from coaching to situations in your workplace and notice what happens.

The next conversation can then build from what you observed, what changed, and what still needs attention.

The Satori Team Diagnostic™ makes the strengths and behavioural patterns operating across your team visible.

It helps you see patterns affecting communication, decision-making, ownership, and performance, giving you additional context for understanding how your leadership interacts with the team you lead.

No. Plus adds the Satori Team Diagnostic™ to your Kintsugi Leadership™ experience.

If further team development is needed after the diagnostic, Satori Connect can recommend the appropriate next step based on what the diagnostic reveals.

You should leave with greater awareness of how you lead, clearer leadership priorities, and practical behaviours you can continue applying beyond the program.

The aim is to help you become more intentional about what a situation requires from you and how you can use your strengths to provide it.
