If you already have your Full 34 results, you’ll be able to provide them during onboarding.
If your assessment is included with your experience, we’ll send you instructions for completing it.

Schedule your first Executive Alignment session.
Once your onboarding is complete, we’ll confirm the next steps for booking your first one-to-one session.

Executive Alignment is grounded in what is happening in your role now. Your leadership situations, relationships, decisions and challenges become part of the coaching, so you can apply what you learn where it matters.
From Knowing Your Strengths to Applying Them as a Leader
Across your 10 sessions, you’ll build greater awareness of how your strengths shape your leadership, recognise patterns and blind spots, and make more intentional choices about how you lead through different situations.
The goal is to know what the situation requires from you, then use your strengths intentionally to provide it.
