Do I need to complete CliftonStrengths® before starting?
It depends on the pathway and product you choose. Some Satori Connect products require an existing CliftonStrengths® profile, while others include access to the assessment as part of the programme.
If you already have results, you do not need to complete the assessment again. We help you apply what you already know.
Which Satori Connect product should I choose?
Choose ME if you want to understand yourself, make better career decisions or communicate your value.
Choose WE if you want to strengthen how a team communicates, collaborates, makes decisions and performs.
Choose LEAD if you want to develop stronger self-leadership, people leadership or strategic impact.

Yes. Organisations can purchase Satori Connect programmes and Strengthsify™ products for teams, employee groups and larger cohorts.
Depending on your needs, this may include team diagnostics, facilitated programmes, leadership development, career transition support or Strengthsify™ product access.

Do you offer bulk access to Strengthsify™ products?
Yes. Bulk access is available for selected Strengthsify™ products, including career development and strengths application programmes.
This can support outplacement, career transition, employee development, internal mobility and other organisation-wide talent initiatives.

Can Satori Connect work with teams outside Australia?
Yes. Satori Connect works with individuals, teams, leaders and organisations across Australia, APAC, the UK and other international markets.
Many products and programmes can be delivered virtually, while selected team and leadership programmes can also be delivered in person.
Are prices shown in USD or AUD?
Prices for self-serve Strengthsify™ products are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Organisation-based programmes, consulting engagements and facilitated services are quoted based on the scope, delivery format, location and business needs.
The currency will always be confirmed before purchase or engagement.
